Delete your account

Effective October 29, 2026

About this page

This page explains how to delete your ActivityLogs account and the data in it. ActivityLogs is made by It's Jimmy (shown as ItsJimmy on Google Play), a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark.

The web app, the Android app, the CLI and the extensions all use the same account. You can delete it on the web, so you do not need the Android app installed.

Delete your account on the web

  1. Sign in with your username and authenticator code, or with a passkey.
  2. Open the Profile page.
  3. Under Danger zone, select Delete account.
  4. Type your username to confirm, then select Permanently delete.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away. There is no recovery.

Delete your account in the Android app

  1. Tap Settings in the top bar.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account….
  3. Tap Continue, then Yes, delete everything.

If the app asks you to sign in first, enter your authenticator code and try again. The CLI and the extensions cannot delete an account.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@activitylogs.dev from the email address on your account. Include your username and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within one month and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account: username, email, authenticator secret, passkeys, API keys, device keys, write-only keys and your AI provider key.
  • Everything you created: activities, blockers, notes, tasks, milestones, snippets, tags, projects, meetings, roadmaps, standup profiles and generated standups.
  • Calendar feeds and the events imported from them.
  • Coding sessions synced with Agent Trace.
  • Your public profile, shared standup links and work receipts. Their links stop working.
  • The push tokens of your devices.
  • Teams you own, for every member, with their invitations and digest settings. You also leave every team owned by someone else.
  • Cached standup summaries.
  • Your person record and its events in PostHog, our analytics service. We ask PostHog to delete them when you delete your account.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Database backups: they roll off within 30 days, so deleted data leaves the backups within 30 days of deletion.
  • Request logs and usage events in our hosting logs: 30 days.
  • Mobile app analytics in PostHog: 12 months. They use a random identifier that is not linked to your account. To stop them, turn analytics off in the Android app under Settings → Privacy.
  • Mobile crash and error reports in Sentry: 90 days.
  • Support email, including a deletion request: 12 months after the last message.
  • Waiting list address: the waiting list is separate from your account. A confirmed address is kept until 30 days after we email that sign-up is open. Use the link in any waiting list email to remove it sooner.
  • Agent Index: if you took part, the weekly totals stay. They are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can delete data without deleting your account. Sign in on the web and:

  • Delete single activities, blockers, notes, tasks, milestones, snippets, tags, projects, meetings, roadmaps and standup profiles.
  • Remove a calendar feed. This removes the upcoming meetings imported from it. Past meetings, and meetings you added notes or items to, stay until you delete them.
  • Revoke shared standup links and work receipts.
  • Remove passkeys and your AI provider key.
  • Turn off your public profile, leave a team, or opt out of the team digest.

To remove data you cannot delete yourself, such as generated standups or synced coding sessions, email privacy@activitylogs.dev. Deleted data leaves the backups within 30 days.
